MACHINERY
Our manufacturing takes place using modern machines, mainly
CNC lathes
that guarantee high precision and repeatability in all mechanical works.
The machinery is steadily updated and its average life is about three years
- n. 14 CNC mobile head lathes, Ø 4-40mm with 5 to 9 controlled axes, all of them equipped with bar feeding;
- n. 2 CNC fixed head lathes, Ø 20-70mm with 6 controlled axes, all of them equipped with bar feeding;
- n.2 CNC lathes for reworking, useful to hard turning up to Ø 120mm, equipped with Gantry loader.
The machines operate in network so that the jobs and their state of progress are remote controlled, as for Industry 4.0 guidelines.
We do provide the following operations as well:
- Surface grinding
- Vibratory finishing
- Laser marking
- Machining by transfer machines
All items are cleaned by special washing machines, degreasers and ultrasounds.
