Pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons and other entities with regard to the processing of personal data, we inform you that the personal data provided by you to DECO srl will be processed in accordance with the principles of fairness, legality and transparency and that we are committed to protecting your privacy rights.

PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
All personal data provided to us will be processed for the purpose of performing contracts/services and all related activities, including administrative procedures, also in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Personal data will be processed to comply with the requirements set forth in Articles 6.1.b and 6.1.c of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 vis-à-vis the following operations:
1. Acquisition of data instrumental in entering a contract and/or providing a service;
2. Execution and management of the contract and/or provision of the service;
3. Implementation of all activities related to the contract/service, including administrative procedures;
4. Fulfilment of fiscal and accounting obligations;
5. Fulfilment of specific obligations as set out in laws and regulations connected to the contract/service;
DATA PROCESSING AND STORAGE METHODS
Your personal data will be processed in an automated and/or manual form, in compliance with the provisions of Art. 32 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 by persons specifically appointed as described in the Regulation above.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD OF THE DATA
The personal data collected will be kept for the entire duration of the contract and for a further 10 years from the completion of the work/end of service.
SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA TRANSFER AND DISCLOSURE

For the purpose of performing the contract, your personal data may be disclosed to parties that have the right to access it by virtue of law. Moreover, your personal data will be transferred to entities for whom such transfer is instrumental or necessary to carry out business activities, also in case of outsourcing on behalf of the Data Controller.
As a rule, personal data will be processed within the territory of the European Union/European Economic Area (EU/EEA). However, some personal data may be transferred and processed outside the European Economic Area if such transfer is necessary for the conclusion and execution of a contract. If that is the case, the recipients of the data shall be subject to the same protection and security obligations as the Data Controller.
In any case, only the data necessary for achieving the above-mentioned purposes will be transferred to third parties. In this respect, adequate safeguards for data transfer to third countries will be provided (e.g. standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission).
AUTOMATED INDIVIDUAL DECISION-MAKING PROCESSES, INCLUDING PROFILING
The Data Controller will not adopt any automated decision-making processes, including profiling, in accordance with Art. 22(1) and 22(4) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
DATA SUBJECTS' RIGHTS
Under Articles 15 to 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you may contact the Data Controller at any time and exercise the following rights vis-à-vis your personal data:
• right of access;
• right to rectification;
• right to erasure;
• right to restrict processing;
• right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
